The original grill and bumpers are a rare find.  These are still in very good shape as are all the lamps except one brake lamp lens missing from the back.  Yes, there is a hood somehwere.  The little red and white tag on the upper left of the engine compartment is from Bristol Aeroplane Plastics.  The light brown rectangle to the left of it is a common makeshift attempt to hold the hood open -- a feature the Elite shares in common with the Elise.
